Sure, pole is a great workout that's guaranteed to have a few laughs when you first try it. But I learned it’s something deeper – much much deeper. It’s an emotional workout, one that changed my life. It’s about learning to be okay with yourself, gain confidence, enhance your self image, and get rid of the unwanted garbage. It’s something that allows you to express emotion, release anger, play like a kid again, create an elaborate contemporary piece or let loose on that inner diva that’s always wanted to shine.

Tessa was certified by AFAA and started teaching aerobics classes at the age of 15. She has a B.S. in Exercise Physiology and has taught many fitness classes like Pole Dance, Pilates, Dance, Step, Kickboxing and Weight Lifting. She has been a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine –Health Fitness Instructor (ACSM-HFI) and National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM)
She was introduced to pole dancing in 2012 and has continued her passion to inspire people to achieve their fitness goals in a brand new fun way.
